Our Story

Set on 300 beautiful acres of rolling green hills in the stunning Strzelecki ranges in South Gippsland. We’re first generation farmers having given up the hustle & bustle of the big city for a quieter life in the country. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for Australian families to have a better connection with the food we eat, where it comes from and most importantly how it’s raised. Restaurant quality lamb with superior taste, ethically raised and grass fed on a farm only 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Sustainability

There had to be a better way than expensive, tasteless, foam tray, cellophane wrapped supermarket meat that you’re not even sure where it comes from.

We believe in regenerative agriculture, feeding the soil and the environment and in turn letting that soil feed our flock of Wiltipoll Prime Lamb Sheep. 100% pasture fed means less sheep per acre but better quality meat and a better outcome for the environment.

Discover the farm where your lamb was raised and taste the difference…

“We should only be eating meat 3-4 times per week, but aspire to eat premium quality meat. Better for our Health, Better for the Environment & Better for the Animals”

Packaging

At McIntosh Farm it is our top priority to ensure that we can deliver our Prime Lamb direct to your door in a way that maintains its quality and freshness whilst also keeping our precious environment front of mind.

For that reason we don’t use any unnecessary packaging. All of our Prime Lamb cuts are vacuum packed by our butcher to seal in the freshness.

Our prime lamb cuts are also frozen for your convenience.

We don’t use polystyrene boxes, chemical freezer bricks or gels, foam trays, excessive plastic wraps, cellophane films or fillers....

You get just the Lamb, direct from our farm to your door…
